KEEP IT RUN HUNDRED.
LA's Weekly Run Club

running toward better health and stronger communities

Keep It Run Hundred is our response to communities looking to grow and become better. With a strong focus on enhancing the mind, body, and soul, Keep It Run Hundred is committed to improving the health and well-being of every individual living in underrepresented communities and beyond. What started with friends and family quickly grew to hundreds of runners from communities all over Los Angeles, running weekly and actively participating in everything from 5k runs to Marathons.
At Keep it Run Hundred, we challenge our members to experience the benefits of improved physical and mental health, goal- setting and character development.  Majority of our members are first time runners and are the ones who start the club by saying “I’m not a runner” but have gone on to participate in races from Los Angeles to New York.
We are pushing past stereotypes in all aspects. Our members are not just joining a run club they are joining a family. Our motto is, “There is no last place.” Keep it true; keep it real but most importantly Keep It Run Hundred!

WHY RUNNING MATTERS

Running even 5 to 10 minutes a day, at slow speeds is associated with a drastically reduced risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, according to a landmark study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
